Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand customer requirements.
Recommend suitable accommodation options based on location, budget, room preferences, and move-in timeline.
Guide customers through the entire booking journey, from initial enquiry to confirmed booking.
Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person property visits and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally to drive successful conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM with all interactions and lead status.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions and improve booking rates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience after property visits.
Track daily sales activities, visit conversions, and booking performance, and share regular reports.
Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Must Have:




3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Sales, Telecalling, or a customer-facing sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
Robust sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Experience working with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar.
Ability to build rapport with customers and convert enquiries into successful bookings.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Co-living, EdTech, or a similar industry is preferred.
