Key Responsibilities
Review customer RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for:
PLC Control Panels
Motor Control Centers (MCC)
Power Control Centers (PCC)
Low Tension (LT) Panels
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Panels
Automation and control system solutions
Perform technical selection of electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, power supplies, terminal blocks, and communication devices.
Prepare bill of materials (BOM), costing, and estimation.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and evaluate technical compliance.
Develop cost-effective solutions that meet customer specifications and applicable standards.
Clarify technical queries with customers, consultants, and the sales team.
Prepare compliance statements, deviations, and technical documentation.
Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, and bid submissions.
Maintain proposal records, pricing databases, and standard documentation.
Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams during project handover.
Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and customer-specific standards.
