Robust knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies
Proficiency in scheduling tools like MSP Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Prepare detailed project schedules from project initiation to completion using MS Project.
Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and activity sequencing.
Prepare micro-level construction schedules for civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Update project schedules regularly and ensure adherence to approved timelines.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
Identify delays, critical activities, affecting project completion.
Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to mitigate delays.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of all activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Generate MIS reports, and progress presentations for management.
Present project status, schedule variance, and critical issues during review meetings.
Maintain project documentation related to planning and scheduling
