Managing the order life cycle for different types of orders for Telecom products in the US/ North American region which not only includes placement of orders but to ensure that the orders are error free and a billing completion is received on the same.
Order type includes Current Install, Reinstatements, FAC to UNE, Conversions, Account Migration, Platform Change, Copper to Fibre orders and MACD orders as per customer/End user requirement.
Efficiently place all the order types into different vendor portals as per the requirement.
Provide timely updates on the orders to all the stakeholders and incorporate the same onto the corporate system
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
