About the Role

We are looking for a Product Engineer with strong backend development experience to build scalable solutions for RTB, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-performance AdTech products.

Key Responsibilities

 Build and maintain backend services powering our AdTech platform.





 Develop scalable APIs and microservices for RTB and publisher monetization.

 Work on OpenRTB integrations, bidding workflows, and ad-serving infrastructure.

 Build integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and external AdTech partners.

 Optimize platform latency, throughput, and reliability.

 Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver current platform capabilities.

 Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical product decisions.

 Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.

Requirements

 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.

 Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB, SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Programmatic Advertising.

 Programming experience in Python and/or Node.js is preferrable

 Familiarity with VAST, SSAI, video advertising, or CTV is preferred.

 Robust debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
