We are seeking an experienced and disciplined IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in project delivery, a strong understanding of SLAs and quality metrics, and a proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage 1–3 concurrent projects across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development (web and mobile).
Lead teams of 10+ resources (employees and contractors) across different functional and technical domains.
Drive all phases of the project lifecycle including kickoff meetings, cadence calls, requirements gathering, design and status reviews.
Serve as a key customer-facing stakeholder ensuring explicit communication, transparency, and satisfaction throughout project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate closely with onsite teams and customers to foster account growth and long-term relationships.




Maintain strict adherence to delivery methodologies and internal project governance practices.
Track and report on key project metrics including timelines, effort, quality, and cost control.
Promote process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and client outcomes.

Desired Profile:
8–10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise solution projects across multiple domains such as ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development.
Robust exposure to implementation, support, managed services, and development environments.
Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams in a structured and empathetic manner.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with a solid focus on process discipline and continuous improvement.

Certifications Required:
PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
