Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Identify and support students with emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges.
Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential student records.
Work closely with teachers and parents to develop student support plans.
Organize awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, career guidance, and life skills.
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment.
Refer students to external specialists when required.
Support school wellness initiatives and student development programs.





Requirements
PG in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc.)
Freshers or candidates with prior experience may apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students.
