Manage overall restaurant operations and team performance.
Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members.
Manage inventory, cost control, and daily operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 38 years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Restaurant General Manager/Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Solid leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
Willing to relocate and work in rotational shifts.
