Assist in concepts, schematic design and client presentations.
Research of relevant case studies and local competition projects.
Review of schematic, detailed and working drawings.
Documentation & tracking of all design related documents.
Extraction & tabulation of data like areas, FSI and parking calculation.
Co-ordination with design consultants.
Assist in internal co-ordination and presentations.
Assist in liaisoning related work i.e. plan pass checking, documentation etc.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Educational Qualification: B. Arch
Skill in drafting architectural plans.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, and site requirements.
Experience of working on Commercial, Residential Projects, Master planning projects.
Proficient in software like CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop.
Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal.
