Role Description The QRT role at MATTER is a full time remote position responsible for supporting rapid response activities across product, engineering, and customer-facing functions. Day-to-day tasks may include monitoring system performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues, documenting findings, and contributing to process improvements. The QRT team member will help ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders, track incident status,
and assist in implementing corrective actions.
This role also involves maintaining explicit documentation, following established workflows, and collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues to uphold MATTER’s safety, reliability, and user experience standards.
Qualifications
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and coordinate activities in fast-paced environments.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach.
Comfort with technology-driven products, preferably in automotive, electric vehicles, energy storage, or similar domains.
Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote setup, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with incident management, operational support, or quality-related roles is an advantage.
Interest in sustainable mobility and innovation, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.
