Join our agile corporate banking technology team as a Regional Delivery Manager. This role invites individuals with a unique blend of technological proficiency and deep expertise in software delivery. As a key player, you will be accountable for successfully delivering the regional projects. The role involves coordination of the day-to-day activities, support on the prioritization of the requirements/backlog, as well as support on the strategic planning over the project lifetime. The role plays a pivotal role in the timely implementation and success of any regional projects.

Responsibility:
Work in close collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders across APAC to ensure appropriate definition of project goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Day-to-day coordination on progress, prioritization, and problem-solving with delivery teams.
Support the process of documenting business requirements/user stories from stakeholders.
Support alignment meetings e.g. stand-ups, POC showcases, SteerCo, Working Groups, etc.
Create detailed project plans and deliver against them.
Oversee and control the delivery of project activity.
Identify, assess, and appropriately mitigate risk to project delivery.




Build, track, maintain, and report on project budgets and forecasts.
Manage external vendors and platform providers.

Requirements:
Min 10 years work experience in successful delivery of complex technology projects end-to-end.
Experience in software delivery, quality practices, techniques, and tools at all layers of SDLC.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of recent technologies, including Cloud, APIs. Knowledge in business intelligence tools and AI is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Advanced and effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking sector.
Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute initiatives from conception to completion.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a rapid-paced and agile environment.
High degree of self-motivation.
