Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Circuit Prototyping & Assembly: Design and solder custom circuit boards (Perfboard/PCB) for table tennis robots using ESP32, L298N/L293D motor drivers, and sensors.

Power Management: Wire and manage 12V Li-Ion battery packs, ensuring secure power distribution to 5V (controllers) and 12V (motors) using buck converters and BMS.

Hardware Integration: Assemble motors, servos, and electronics into 3D-printed mechanical chassis (parts provided by the team) to create finished prototypes.

Retrofitting: Convert an existing Wired Robot into a Wireless IoT Robot by replacing the old motherboard with a recent custom ESP32 circuit.

Remote Control Build: Solder and assemble a handheld wireless remote using potentiometers, switches, and charging modules.

Cable Management: Ensure all wiring inside the robot is neat, secured, and professional-grade (avoiding "spaghetti wiring") About Company: Fusion Sports is a Pune, India-based sports equipment,
