Role Description This full-time, in office role is based in Delhi, India and combines responsibilities of a Project Billing Engineer and Project Manager – Turnkey Interiors. The role involves preparing and verifying project bills, coordinating BOQ and quantity take-offs, and ensuring accurate rate analysis and alignment with contract terms. The person in this position will oversee project timelines, coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients, and monitor costs against budgets.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings, tracking work progress, updating billing records and reports, managing documentation, and supporting decision-making through analytical review of project data.



The role also requires ensuring adherence to quality standards, resolving billing discrepancies, and contributing to effective execution of turnkey interior projects.

Qualifications

Solid skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying for interior and construction projects.

Proficiency with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis for accurate invoicing and cost control.

Well-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing project data, identifying variances, and supporting commercial decisions.

Relevant experience in project billing, project management, or quantity surveying in interiors or construction.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other project/billing software tools.

Strong communication and coordination abilities for working with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on-site as part of a multidisciplinary team.
