Role & responsibilities
Build solid relationships with MF distributors
Building relationship with the existing direct clients and leads for business generation
Acquiring current clients for the company through own references and leads provided by the company
Meeting Sales targets in terms of Inflows , SIP etc.
Initiate and maintain personal contact with existing investors and allocated leads over the phone and meeting
Contacting minimum number of distributors/clients per day/week/month
Passing on Feedback on calling in a defined format on a daily/periodic basis
Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premiere Distribution clients.
Responsible for product placement, current business development, key negotiations, and marketing campaign to promote schemes to the premiere segment IFAs, Banks & NDs.
Delivering consistent and tailored service to the most valued premiere Distribution client.




Ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets.
Developing markets and enhancing market share.
Contributing to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long term development of Distribution relationships and deep markets.
Using relationships to mobilize funds under various schemes through Banks & NDs.
Educating the clients about the schemes presales and converting them to buy these schemes.
Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting.
Co-ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post sales requirements.

Qualifications: Graduate & NISM Certification is mandatory.
