We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Stewards/Stewardesses to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and qualified manner.
Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure productive restaurant operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills on English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of Himalayan cuisine is an advantage.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
