Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator ensures that custom and standard architectural orders (doors, window frames, and glass assemblies) move smoothly from initial design sign-off through factory production, quality check, and final delivery or site installation.

Key Responsibilities
Order &
Production Tracking:

Track manufacturing timelines for wood, steel, or aluminum frames, doors, and windows, ensuring factory output matches project milestones.
Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the main contact point between clients/builders, the manufacturing plant, estimators, and logistics teams.
Schedule &
Delivery Coordination:

Align delivery and installation schedules with site readiness, managing freight carriers and on-site delivery drops.
Documentation Management: Maintain drawing approvals, technical specs, change orders, and sign-offs for custom dimensions and hardware.
Issue &
Defect Resolution:

Log production delays, missing hardware,



or transit damage, coordinating quick replacements or factory remakes.

Qualifications &
Skills
Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing, construction coordination, or fenestration/millwork industries.
Technical Know-How: Ability to read architectural blueprints, shop drawings, or hardware schedules.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel focus) and ERP/production tracking software.
Soft Skills: Solid multitasking, problem-solving, and qualified communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
