Rotoris is a design-led watch company focused on creating exceptional timepieces through innovation, craftsmanship, and precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end quality inspections of watches, components, packaging, and accessories.
Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
Identify product defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with Design, Product Development, Operations, and Vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Ensure products meet design specifications, functional requirements, and aesthetic standards.
Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and defect analysis documentation.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to improve product quality.
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
Participate in new product development and quality validation before product launches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Experience in consumer products, watches, lifestyle products, accessories, or manufacturing is preferred.
Solid understanding of quality inspection methods and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, and FMEA is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
