Role Responsibilities:
Achieve product loan acquisition targets through field sales initiatives.
Maintain a solid pipeline via lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversions.
Support or manage junior sales officers in absence of team leads.
Oversee accurate documentation for cross-sell products and services.
Job Requirements:
3–6 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in NBFC or financial products.
Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and customer engagement skills.
Willingness to work in field-intensive roles with target accountability.
