Innvectra is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with around 6 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Homer Software, comprehensive manual testing experience, and excellent communication skills. Exposure to test automation will be considered a robust advantage.

Experience: Around 6 Years

Key Skills: Homer Software Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end manual testing activities including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and regression testing.

Validate software functionality, usability, performance, and quality against business requirements.

Work closely with development, business, and product teams to identify and resolve defects.

Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.

Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and release validation activities.





Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance best practices.

Support automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

Around 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Hands-on experience with Homer Software.

Solid knowledge of manual testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules.

Preferred Skills

Experience in test automation and automation frameworks.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
