Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Consultant will engage with walk-in and inquiry-based clients, understand their interior design needs, and present suitable design and build solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and explaining proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining client communication throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure accurate information, timely updates, and a seamless client experience.

The Sales

Consultant will work to meet sales targets,



maintain an organized pipeline, and represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

Solid client-facing skills, including active listening, explicit communication, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead follow-up, closing deals, and working towards defined targets.

Basic understanding of interior design and construction concepts, with the ability to explain design solutions and project processes to clients.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing proposals, quotations, and maintaining client records.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.

Comfort working on-site, including occasional client visits, showroom interactions, and coordination with internal teams in Kolkata.

Prior experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement, or related sales roles is an advantage.

Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English and local languages used in Kolkata is preferred.
