The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating daily sales operations, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, processing orders, and ensuring timely communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

Process customer orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.

Maintain customer databases and update CRM/ERP records.

Track sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock status to the sales team.

Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain sales documentation.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.





Support the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in Sales Support.

Experience in the agrochemical, seed, fertilizer, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM, or ERP software.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
