Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate customer interactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or direct interaction
Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and customer requirements
Maintain robust relationships with existing and recent customers
Prepare and maintain a customer database including name, address, phone number, location, and category
Send periodic reports and updates to management on business and customer status
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Degree
Basic computer knowledge
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
1 year of experience preferred
Language proficiency is mandatory (fluency required)
