Position: Regional Marketing Manager, Mandatory Pesticide Experience Position Overview:

The role is focused on driving business expansion, improving market share, and strengthening market presence through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business expansion and increase market share

Conduct market mapping and planning for assigned geography

Categorize markets based on crops and product portfolio

Identify market needs and deliver appropriate solutions/services

Analyze competition and identify growth opportunities

Undertake strategic and futuristic planning and presentations

Manage marketing team directly and coordinate with sales team indirectly

Develop team capabilities through training and on-field coaching

Plan, budget, and execute marketing activities and campaigns

Monitor inventory and manage liquidation effectively

Align with sales team for a balanced and quality business model

Drive market reach, penetration, and farmer base development

Key Functional Activities





Track and share business updates (liquidation)

Design and execute campaigns (crop/product/service-wise) with review

Monitor market scenario and competition updates

Lead current product introductions (NPI) from launch to liquidation

Conduct training programs for team members (GTM approach)

Report to Director – Sales & Marketing

Education

B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture / MBA (Marketing)

Work Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Marketing

Experience in a supervisory role (State Marketing level preferred)

Proven experience in people management

Specific Business Knowledge & Skills:

Robust understanding of crops, geography, and agri-products

Technical knowledge of crop and product portfolio

Experience in handling crop and product business
