We're TheTeamEx (TEX) — a Current Delhi-based team building company. Through our proprietary TEAMS Framework, we translate complex, science-based principles into easy-to-understand, gamified workshops and interventions — learning while doing, not sitting through another lecture. We're hiring 2 Sales Executives to help us grow.

What the role looks like:
Own the full sales cycle — first call, discovery, client presentations, tailored proposals, negotiation, and closing. Start to finish, no one else finishing what you started.
Work across every major lead channel — Paid Marketing (Google Ads), Inbound/Organic (website inquiries), Outbound/Cold Outreach, Events & Networking, and Channel Partnerships (hotel connects, MSME associations). Most people don't get this much channel exposure until years into a sales career.
Hand off closed clients smoothly to our delivery and operations team, and stay close enough to make sure they're happy
Track your pipeline and performance through our Workspace system — no guesswork on how your month is going

What we're looking for:
Strong communication in English and Hindi, written and spoken — we'll actually test this before anything else
Strong with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)




Genuinely sales-driven — you go after numbers and targets, not just activity
Self-governing and accountable — you don't need to be chased to get things done
A real team player with robust integrity — someone who plays for the team, not just for themselves
Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate training, HR solutions, or qualified services is a plus, but not required

What you'll get:
Fixed salary of ₹25,000–35,000/month, plus a real performance bonus — top performers earn 10% of net closed deal value on top of base pay. No ceiling.
