If you’re a mid to senior-level skilled looking to transition back into the workforce, this program offers a structured pathway to rebuild momentum, confidence, and impact. As part of this experience, you will work on strategic projects / assignments across the bank and gain valuable exposure. Eligibility Criteria:



This program is designed for women who have been on a career break of six months or more.

Program Locations: For the 2026 edition, the program will be offered in Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon and Bangalore
