Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis

Lead the planning and delivery of effective, productive, and sustainable operations across the Region

Ensure that delivery isin line with budgets and key performance indicators

Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members

Manage risk for all theservices in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.

Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.

Exposure in crowd management.

Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
