About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage quotations, order processing, invoicing, and customer coordination. The role requires robust follow-up skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and send quotations to customers.

Process Sales Orders, Invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills as per SOP.

Follow up on quotations, order execution, payments, and deliveries.

Maintain engineers' visit reports and customer records.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely execution.

Generate MIS reports and track sales activities.

Collect customer feedback and ensure high service standards.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

3–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Customer Support.

Valuable communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/ERP.

Immediate joiners preferred.
