Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Serve as an SME in SAP Global Trade Services.
Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure successful delivery.
Guide and take responsibility for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions impacting projects.

Application Support & Problem Solving:
Ensure smooth functioning of SAP GTS applications.
Address and resolve issues that arise within the system or processes.
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams.
Contribute to the overall success and timely delivery of projects.

Data Analytics & Machine Learning:
Apply statistical analysis and implement machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to maintain data quality and integrity.
Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
