Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, assess their transportation needs, and build a qualified rapport.
Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and safety ratings, and conduct test drives.
Negotiation & Sales: Discuss pricing, trade-ins, and financing options with clients while collaborating with the finance department.
Administrative Duties: Complete purchasing contracts, process paperwork, and log customer interactions into CRM software.
Follow-Up: Contact past buyers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer satisfaction.
