We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize processes, manage revenue technology, and provide data-driven insights that support sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
Streamline and improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Implement and manage lead routing, sales processes, and customer onboarding workflows.
Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and implement solutions.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze key metrics across the revenue cycle, including sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, and customer retention rates.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support revenue forecasting and pipeline management through data-driven insights.
Technology Management:
Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and customer success platforms.




Ensure data integrity and seamless integration across all technology platforms.
Implement automation to streamline manual processes and improve data flow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and objectives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure strategic alignment and data transparency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
Robust analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
Process-oriented mindset with an ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
