Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales executive with 03 years of experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience is preferred)
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build customer relationships
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits
A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Contact customers and explain project details.
Schedule and conduct site visits.
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the pre-sales and marketing teams.
Update customer details in the CRM.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management.
Assist customers until the booking and registration process is completed.
