Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting Creative Kreation’s hampers and event services. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining solid client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and event execution, and achieving sales targets.

The Sales

Executive will also gather market feedback,



contribute to sales strategies, and represent the brand professionally at all times. Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.

Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Basic understanding of event management or gifting solutions, with the ability to explain offerings clearly and creatively.

Ability to work in office in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously.

Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and common office software to track leads, sales activities, and client information.

Prior experience in sales, retail, events, hospitality, or gifting businesses is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a strong interest in events, gifting, and customer experience is highly valued.
