Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Executive will engage directly with customers in the store, understand their pet care needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include assisting with product selection, managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining store displays and inventory, and ensuring a clean, organised retail setting. The role involves meeting sales targets, supporting promotional activities, and providing knowledgeable guidance on pet care offerings.

professional customer experience and uphold JUSTDOGS® brand standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess sales and retail operations skills, including product upselling, managing billing, and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
Candidates should possess basic inventory handling and merchandising skills, such as stock replenishment, visual display maintenance, and product organisation.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer concerns and ensure a positive store experience.
Enthusiasm for pets and pet care, with a willingness to learn about pet products, nutrition, and general care guidelines.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and retail peak hours, as part of a rotational schedule.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail management is a plus.
