Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhiwandi.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and guide the sales team, and ensure targets and revenue goals are met.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, supporting pricing and negotiation, and implementing sales processes and best practices.

Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, training sales staff, and promoting a collaborative, performance-focused work environment.

Qualifications

Solid sales management skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

Proven ability in business development, customer relationship management, and negotiation.

Experience leading and coaching sales teams, with solid people-management and mentoring capabilities.

Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including basic reporting, forecasting, and use of sales tools or CRM systems.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of apparel, textiles, or uniforms industry is an advantage, particularly in the Bhiwandi region.

Ability to work on-site full time in Bhiwandi and travel locally to meet clients as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
