The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel is seeking a dedicated Security Executive to join our Security Team in Kollam, Kerala.

As a Security Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, associates, visitors, and hotel assets while delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security patrols.

Ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, visitors, and hotel property.

Control access to designated areas and manage visitor screening.

Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns.

Maintain daily occurrence logs, incident reports, and security records.

Support Fire & Life Safety procedures and emergency preparedness.





Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities whenever required.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and guest service.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in hotel security or a similar role (preferred).

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of CCTV operations, access control, and Fire & Life Safety systems.

Physically fit with a skilled appearance.

Versatile to work rotational duty shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
