Role Description This is a full time, on-site SAP Intern role based in Pune City. The SAP Intern will assist in analyzing and documenting retail business processes, supporting SAP FICO configuration tasks under guidance, and maintaining accurate master data records in the SAP system. Daily responsibilities include gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, preparing reports, and supporting the consulting team in process improvements and system testing.

The intern will also help with troubleshooting basic SAP-related issues, preparing user documentation,



and contributing to implementation and training activities as needed.

Qualifications

Robust understanding of business processes and interest in retail operations; ability to map workflows and identify process improvements.

Analytical skills to interpret data, prepare findings, and support decision-making in SAP and consulting projects.

Foundational knowledge or coursework in SAP FICO; willingness to learn configuration, testing, and support activities.

Familiarity with master data concepts and the importance of data accuracy in ERP environments.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation tools; exposure to ERP or SAP environments is an advantage.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting workplace.
