Job SummaryWe are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Head to lead and manage the security operations across our organization. The ideal candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman (Army, Navy, or Air Force) with robust leadership, administration, and crisis management skills. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the security team across all company locations.

Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. Ensure effective deployment and scheduling of security personnel. Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Investigate incidents, security breaches, and prepare reports. Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required. Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.

Ensure visitor management and employee safety protocols are followed. Train and mentor security guards on discipline, emergency response, and safety procedures. Handle emergency situations, fire safety drills,



and evacuation procedures.

Maintain security records, attendance, incident reports, and compliance documentation. Ensure company assets, employees, and premises are protected at all times.

Required

SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of security operations and risk management. Valuable communication and report-writing skills. Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and fire safety. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Eligibility

Ex-Servicemen (Army, Air Force) preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Administration or Facility Security.

Experience in residential communities, commercial buildings, or real estate is an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
