Position Overview - We are seeking Sales Managers with a proven background in land/plot sales to join our growing team at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have solid sales acumen, client-handling skills, and the ability to close high-value land transactions with HNI and investor clients.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales of land/plot projects in Navi Mumbai and surrounding regions. Generate, nurture, and convert leads through field sales, site visits, and investor meetings. Handle client interactions, negotiations, and ensure smooth deal closures.
Build long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, corporates, and industrial clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for better positioning.
Coordinate with presales, marketing, and documentation teams.
