Source High ValueLAP business through DSA partners.

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and recent DSAs.

Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.

Handle average ticket sizes of ₹4–5 Crore.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
N
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain portfolio quality.

nEligibility:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
N
Mandatory experience inDSA/channel sourcing.
N
Experience in handling High Value LAP cases.
N
Robust communication and relationship management skills.
