Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to RCC and finishing works.
Possess working knowledge of MIVAN technology, including MIVAN formwork setting and installation.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor labor productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate material requirements with the site team.




Identify and resolve in office issues to prevent project delays.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in RCC and finishing works in residential/commercial construction projects.
Valuable knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with quality and safety procedures.
