Responsibilities 职责
Identify and develop project prospects based on business needs, reliability improvements, safety requirements, and productivity enhancement.
Prepare technical scope of work, engineering specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Coordinate procurement activities including PR, PO, vendor selection, and contractor management.
Monitor project execution, quality, cost, and timelines.
Lead commissioning, startup, and project handover activities.
Maintain complete project documentation and lessons learned records.
Qualifications 要求
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering,
