This Operations role is responsible for handling variety of roles and functions in an organization. This role ensures developing Project Management Methodologies; coordinating Program and Portfolio Management; facilitating and improving Strategic Project Management; optimizing Resource Allocation and maximizing Resource Utilization; publish revenue projections and creating and maintaining Collaboration-Conducive Work Environments.

Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business partners to establish process governance structure.
Use formal process and tools to manage resources, tasks, and changes.
Mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others.
Planning and allocating right resources to right projects in accordance with their skillsets, capabilities, and experience.
Reporting and monitoring employee utilization and billability
Forecast upcoming staffing needs.
Analyse and provide financial data such as budget, forecast, actuals, margins, etc. to Leadership.




To ensure the invoices are raised on time with the external stakeholder and keeping a track on receivables.
To ensure the required legal documentation (SOWs and MSAs) are signed and up to date.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
4–7 years of relevant experience in Operations
Bachelor’s / master’s degree or equivalent
Positive knowledge of MS Office tools
Strong leadership skills with problem solving ability
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work with deadlines and in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to coordinate and interact with all levels of stakeholders
