Experience with Managed File Transmissions Platform/Service (Seeburger BIS, IBM Connect: Direct) and communication protocols; Understanding of X.509 certificates and SSH keys, Linux, Java (or similar); Understanding of relational databases and SQL; Excellent communication and troubleshooting/problem solving skills; Experience using application logs to investigate and remedy customer configuration and connectivity issues. · Analyze the processing errors and perform the RCA from Seeburger application level.
· Should be On-Boarding Trading Partners based on B2B and MFT Solutions.
· Analyze and resolve any performance/configuration hindrances.
· Should be able to handle high priority tickets and lead a team.
· Candidate must have a valuable knowledge over User Management Console.
· Knowlege over EDI Standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12 is added advantage.
· EDI mapping using BIC MD is required
