Requirements - Planning + Execution : 1–3 years of hands-on paid media / SEM experience in a digital agency
Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems
Should have experience in client relations / servicing
Knowledge of bidding strategies, KPIs, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Client Co-ordination for daily tasks.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and media planning
Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign KPIs
Analyze data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights
Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and landing pages
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Support SEO and organic initiatives (positive to have, not mandatory)
Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and new features
