Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
Valuable knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience building business process automations or workflows.
Experience with reporting & dashboard technology.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Preferred:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning,)
Experience on Health cloud is an added advantage
