We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with robust expertise in Salesforce Testing, API Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Manual/Functional Testing. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of QA/testing experience and a proven track record of working in Agile environments, validating complex enterprise applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
Strong experience in Salesforce Testing
Hands-on experience with REST API Testing
Robust understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT)
Extensive experience in Manual Testing and Functional Testing
Experience with TestRail for test case management and execution tracking
Robust knowledge of Gherkin syntax and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
Experience working with JIRA for defect tracking and Agile project management
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT)





Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Perform Salesforce application testing, including functional and integration validation.
Execute REST API testing and validate data flow between integrated systems.
Perform SIT testing across multiple enterprise applications.
Create, maintain, and manage test cases using TestRail.
Write and review BDD scenarios using Gherkin syntax.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
Support UAT/FAT activities and ensure business requirements are validated.
Perform exploratory and risk-based testing to identify potential issues.
Provide testing support throughout Agile development and release cycles.
