Role Description the Sales Marketing Executive is a full time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products and expand market presence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and achieving sales targets.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will develop and implement marketing campaigns, prepare presentations and reports, participate in field visits, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure effective product promotion. The role also requires regular tracking of competitor activity, gathering customer feedback,



and contributing to strategies that enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Market Planning and Market Research skills to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills for designing and executing campaigns, promotions, and product positioning strategies.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, information, and collaborating with internal teams.
Candidates should ideally have prior 1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales and marketing.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree.
