Responsibilities
Sales Support
Research and identify potential clients across industries and regions.
Assist in outbound outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
Support proposal preparation and client presentations.
Help maintain the CRM database with accurate lead and contact information.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery to clients.
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and running digital marketing campaigns.
Help create and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and blogs.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and competitor activity.
Support marketing initiatives including branding, online visibility, and events.
Maintain content calendars and campaign tracking reports.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or related field.
Eager to learn about B2B sales, client acquisition, and marketing strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or marketing tools is a plus.
Energetic, detail-oriented and a team player.
