Job Title: Senior Associate SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Associate SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working on end-to-end implementation projects, configuring Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules based on business requirements.
Create and maintain learning items, curricula, classes, catalogs, assignment profiles, learning programs, and user learning plans.
Configure learning approvals, notifications, certifications, and compliance training.
Perform system configuration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and support production deployments.
Assist with data migration and validation activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide post-go-live support.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents,



and test scripts.
Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules, when required.
Follow SAP best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
4.5-10years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation.
Solid functional configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
