Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone Consultant / Lead

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone to deliver a contemporary digital workplace experience. The consultant will work with HR, IT, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP teams to build employee-centric experiences, integrate enterprise applications, and ensure seamless access.

Experience in integrating Work Zone with HR and enterprise systems, including exposure to recruiting, onboarding, verification, service management, and employee experience platforms. Work Zone is used as a unified access layer to present information from multiple enterprise applications.

SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) integration

Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Talent module integration





Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security management

SAP BTP & Technical Skills

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

SAP Build Work Zone / Launchpad Service

SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service)

REST APIs, OData APIs, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth)

Integration Skills

Integration with HR and enterprise applications

Work Zone connectivity with third-party systems

Destination configuration and content exposure through BTP

User provisioning and identity lifecycle management

Support & Delivery Skills

L2/L3 Production Support
